Surface dressing, price variation no longer allowed in works ministry — Umahi

The Minister of Works, Sen David Umahi, on Thursday, said that under the administration of President Ahmed Tinubu, price variation and surface dressing are no longer obtainable in the Ministry of Works. Sen Umahi made the disclosure in Abakaliki during the 29th meeting of the National Council on Works held at Re Meritonia Hotel. He said that most of the roads with surface dressing failed within one year and the ministry can’t take it anymore.
