Dikko Umaru Radda (born 10 September 1969) is a former chairman, director and chief executive officer of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN). Dikko Umaru Radda is also the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election in Katsina State ahead of the 2023 general election.
