Political Career
Before entering politics, Adamu served as a Special Assistant to General Muhammadu Buhari during his tenure as the chairman of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF). He played a vital role as the secretary and member of Muhammadu Buhari’s APC Presidential Transition Committee in 2015. This role set the stage for his subsequent appointment as Minister of Education.
