Bandits hold four children, free Kaduna judge

A Kaduna Customary Court judge Janet Gimba on Thursday regained her freedom from bandits. The judge’s husband, a medical doctor, Musa Gimba, who confirmed the release, said the children are still in captivity. Meanwhile, the Kaduna State Police Command’s Spokesman, Mansir Hassan ASP, said the bandits killed the 14-year-old son of the judge, Victor. According to him, security operatives found Victor’s corpse at Ungwan Bayero, Duste village near the toll gate along the Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. The police spokesman said in the wake of the incident, the command and other sister security agencies worked tirelessly to rescue the victims and arrest the terrorists.
